Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, has proudly been home to the iconic Big Banana since 1964. Originally created by Patrick Hughes as a family-owned business, this tourist attraction and amusement park continued to draw large crowds each year; in 2014, close to 150,000 visitors flocked here during peak season! It gained further recognition after Huffington Post included it on their list of “Top 10 Pieces of Folly Architecture” in 2011 – so much so that another replica was built at Carnarvon, Western Australia. The Big Banana is known far and wide for its timeless beauty!

The Big Banana Fun Park is an iconic attraction for those visiting the Coffs Coast region of Australia. Here, visitors will find a range of exciting activities, including indoor and outdoor slides, water parks with thrilling rides as well as kids Aqua Play areas to explore; there’s also tobogganing overlooking the Pacific Ocean!
